More available colors in the color column
Currently you can color your prompts with the color column, but the available colors are limited to the first 9. I would like to be able to use the full AutoCAD color catalog (Either the Index Color 1 - 255, or the RGB equivalent Color Books 1-255,1-255,1-255)custom prompts

I recently obtained a new laptop that has a 15.6" UHD (3840 x 2160) display. I am having trouble getting Microvellum Toolbox to display correctly with Windows 10 High-DPI scaling.
