In the angled Sink Frame below I want to include the diagonal route in the border. This is happening on one biesse cnc & not the other. I thought it might be "include route in border" but this is checked on both machines. Anyone know where i control this?
Hinge plate offset from front
Question, looking for the way to adjust the hinge plate offset from the front in the foundation. I did find formulas in the "S" workbook for every door style in column K. The formula is =IF(IS_Face_Frame,0,M2U(37,G!Accuracy)+G!Door_to_Cabinet_Gap). I
Cabinet Mass/Weight and how it currently works
The last discussion about cabinet weight I found was from 3 years ago. While I can get information about the cabinets from MV and put it in a spreadsheet formula and get the material weight of a project, but that is tedious. Does anyone know what the

Spreadsheet View(s) Top Row Save
Anyone know a tip on getting products or subassemblies to save so Row 1 is at the top? Randomly cutparts and subassemblies will put the last item (row 5, 10, etc) at the top of the screen. So you have to scroll/use scrollbar up to see the entire lis

"Stored Formulas" - How to Define
Earlier I had looked into stored formulas but was unsure of how to manipulate them. When it comes to redundant processing of tasks, say combinations of VLOOKUP(...MATCH(...)) or Excel-ized formulas of mathematics like the distance formula, it would save
Does changing reveals on doors change the space from door edge to center of hinge hole?
Recently I increased the reveals of doors in a cabinet to cabinet setting from 1/16" to 1/8". The program adjusted door sizes but didn't move the hinge cup bore. My question is, what is the standard practice? Moving the hinge cup bore, adjusting doors
Base Molding Doesnt go long enough
As per the title, when using the base moulding applied through the globals and or prompts, they dont follow the size of the applied panel on the returns. I think they should, i cant think of much of a reason why youd want the base moulding to cut short,
Perfect Corners on MDF Doors

Access Panel option to radius just one side
I have been messing with the Access panel sub assembly for a while. Broken it and fixed it again, with help. One option I would like to see is the ability to have an access panel with the side against the back or side flat and the other side radiused
Grain direction alternating on the same sheet
It did the same thing on my doors and drawer fronts. I am fixing it manually, but would like to NOT HAVE TO DO THAT. Anyone know why it is doing this, and how to prevent it?
Product development update query
On the 29th of may we had the engineering meeting for the month and we got onto the topic of walls. I followed Lennys advice to copy the walls into the foundation library section as its own product, my thinking is eventually id like to have it setup so
Extruded Wall Dadoes
The dado cut on angled walls is not staying square. It is nesting as an angle on the ends of the dado rebates which is to small for my router to follow and is throwing up an error on my cnc and it stops the sheet from cutting. I have nested a big job
Part Labels: Boring and banding shown on wrong edge
Occasionally (maybe 50% of the time?) we end up with banding call outs and edge boring labeled on the wrong edge. It seems to only manifest on "Drawer Divisions" but not reliably wrong. No clue how to track down what's causing this. The info shows correctly
Library Designer - Show list of Parts/Products/Subs that don't use item
When I am working in Library Designer, it would be nice to see the inverse of the things that don't use the item I'm looking at. For example: I have a prompt "Full_Top" in a lot of products that are all the same formula There are a few custom products
Internal drawer with faces material indicator
Hi, Does any one else use many internal drawers with faces & is having to manually go into the subassembly to change to internal drawer faces to white melamine, same as the carcass? We do many wardrobes that have internal drawers with faces, and we find
Through Drilling Melamine on Panel CNC
I am attempting to through drill some melamine closet panels on a panel processing CNC. Wondering what suggestions people have to prevent chip out on the bottom side. One person I spoke with suggested I slow my exit speed on the drill to prevent chip
If Statement based on type of drawer front
Id like to change the global variable to a if statement so the drawer handle changes position based on what style the drawer front is. the global is G!Drawer_Handle_distance_from_top, essentially id like it so if the drawer front turns into a 5 piece
Procedure: How to Add Edge/Tab Pull to Component Library 50.7 Metric

Ramped Routing CAD representation
I am adding a ramped routing for pocket screw pockets and am trying to figure out if there is a way to get a 3D AutoCad representation of the sloped rout. I am using a PLINE machine token with a starting Z value of 0 and an ending Z value of 7/16", this
Unmachinable Toggle-Bolt Cutouts after update 2D Machining
We cut our countertops to have dog-bone shaped cutouts on the underside to draw them together at seams using toggle bolts. The machining works fine from simply processing the products through a work order and running it at our CNC. However, if we find

why in the WORLD are the ADA sink settings so screwed up?
Does anyone else see badly flawed logic in the way the ADA angled sink cabinet is set up? This formula right here for the top facia height does not yield ADA compliant settings: =IF(Height-i2u(27)>G!Default_Top_Drawer_Front_Height,G!Default_Top_Drawer_Front_Height,Height-i2u(27))+IF(Enclosed_bottom=1,Thickness_Bottom,0)
Dado Stop Gap setting in Solid Modeling Tools
The documentation says: Dado Stop Gap – This amount adds a gap to the front or back of the dado. The problem is when you have a vertical entity (a stud) which has a rib that runs horizontal midway through the vertical, the Dado Stop Gap setting is affecting
Moving Rear Linebore/Shelf Pin Holes to Face 6?
We use thick backs, fully captured, on our standard boxes and when processing, Microvellum will flip the back to machine their rabbets and also cut the part out without having to flip the piece on the CNC. When a rear linebore is added to a cabinet, however,

Parts Immune To Associative Machining
This might be more of a thought exercise than useful, but is there a way to make a part or material type immune to associative machining? The example I'm thinking of is loose laminate parts that are being post-lam'd after assembly. The only reason they
