2D Nesting and lead-in/lead out

Hi all,
We don't do a lot a nesting from 2D drawings but I now have a job that it doesn't make sense to go and solid model analyze to create parts to just have to fiddle with the nest again. The problem is that my border cuts on my parts does not seem to have a lead-in/lead-out and I cannot change the location of the setmill. This causes the border cut to create not cut all the way through as I think it using the border cut as the lead-in/lead-out. Attached is a shot of the nest and you can see that there are not the usual arcs to indicate the ramp and all that. What step am I missing to get those?
Thanks!
