Wondering if anyone else is having this issue and if they have found the solution to permanently fix it.

We're using the latest Toolbox OEM build and Foundation Library.

On January 3rd we opened a drawing to make revisions and all of the 3D products & solids were missing. The 2D plan tokens, flashshot and other 2D elements were still there, just the all the 3D stuff was missing. We hoped this was a one off but it happed again yesterday with another drawing we needed to revise.

With the process below, Tech support helped on Jan 3rd to get the MV products back in the drawing, however any 3D solids (non-MV products) need to be recreated, Thankfully we were able to find the missing 3D solids from a back up file. We went through this same process yesterday to recreate the drawing we were making revisions on.

1) Redraw the products from the product list. The hardware does not redraw and the steps below need to be completed to get them back.

2) find the missing hardware in the Non-purgeable items list using the purge command and eras them. This step puts the item in the purge list so you can complete step 3 below. You have to do this one item at a time as you can not select multiple non-purgeable items.

3) purge the hardware items

4) rebuild all the hardware sub-assemblies

5) redraw everything again

6) recreate any non-MV 3D solids
