5 piece door

Hi,
I need to make a J handle and 45° splay on doors but they are made as a 5 piece. I have the finger pull option only on flat panel doors. Is there a workaround? It can be a visual only, that's okay. Not sure if I have something set up wrong but subtract doesn't work.
