ADA Sink Angled Frame - "Applied Panels"

Has anyone made a case ticket to get the "Applied Ends" option fixed in the ADA Sink Angled Frame product? In the work book there are prompts available, except they are currently hidden (6), but still when visible and "checked", there's a bug.
