We recently had an issue where importing a work order would take over four hours. After extensive troubleshooting by Steve Carter from MV it was found that the prompts table in the unified work order database had well over one million records. These records were removed through the SQL CE Viewer and import time was reduced to about 7 minutes. It would be great if MV could automate the process of removing these records, deleting them as the associated work order is exported or deleted.
