Add In Scrap To Nest Pattern

Currently with the scrap management its all automated, you can't add in a scrap panel if you wanted to save a section of material if it was below your current limits set.

I would be great if you could have a tool just like the 'add part' but 'add scrap' that way it can be added into the scrap library
