Add Work Order 'Processed By' to Reports
It's been a hot minute since I've had to really dive deep into reports in Microvellum. I'm hoping to get some insight on how I might be able to add the user's name (who created the work order) on our reports.
Not having this on our reports is causing an insane amount of unnecessary communication between the shop and our engineering manager. When questions arise, our manager usually tells the shop to reach out directly to the engineer who processed the work order. This creates additional communication because there is rarely anything that indicates who processed it (at least not without additional manual steps).
Anyway, I'm curious which Database Tables I should have checked, what relations I need to create, etc. to be able to bring data into our reports.
Our goal is to have formulated QR codes that will allow the shop, or field, crews to open a direct chat with the engineer who processed it. We have this built in already with an added manual process, which is fine for work orders from this moment on. But if anyone wanted to access reports from work orders created last week, this doesn't work - not efficiently anyway.
Any help would be extremely appreciated.
