Adding Custom Door Profile

We typically run our profiled cabinet doors through a shaper/moulder/raised panel cutter.
The only info i can find adding a custom profile for cab doors is through the MDF profile doors. Having to map out routers is insane, there has to be somewhere where we just put in the finished profile right?
