Adding Linebore to Blind Corner Panel

Tried to add a Machining Token for Adjustable Shelf Holes on the inside of a blind corner panel but couldn't get it to work. I ended up drawing the part in 2D and adding the machining there. But is there any reason why this method wouldn't work? Am I missing something in part of the process?
