I noticed this week that there's new materials in my Template specification Group Setup.

None of the tech should have access to add any. (Also, the new one have black dot the other have green dot, what does the colours means?) We use to add every new materials but we are now over 2000. So i stopped adding every single melamine that we use only once for 1 project. Did the tech manage to bypass Employees Permissions? Is it possible? Its also usually impossible to duplicate the name but i see some twice
