Adding New Leg Leveler Base

I am having trouble adding a new leg level base. It's the Richelieu 230E1590.
I copied one of the existing leg system's 3D_File and just replaced the block with the new Richelieu DWG by copying and pasting into the new file. I moved and rotated the part to follow the UCS origin at the insertion point.
I changed my cabinet to use the new leg bases but the part shows up with the wrong rotation and XYZ coordinated. 
Any help is appreciated.
