Yesterday i added an option in a subassembly. (Added a prompt and some part+formulas in Nested sub part)

After testing, i saved all of it to the library :  Save to Project -> Save to project overwirte Existing  And Save to Library - >overwrite existing.

Today i got messages from the techs that this sub doesnt work anymore. When i opened the spreadsheet, i saw that the formulas i made in the Nested Sub part did saved but nothing in the subassembly was. Had to remake the changes but using the Database Explorer for it to save properly.
Also, changes in the Nested sub part affected older project while those in the subassembly appear only in new project. That the origin of the errors

Am i doing something wrong ? Worked with subassembly before. Feel like when i create a new one, thing work a bit better but editing an old one always bring troubles.
