It would be great if MV could add an option in the nest processing settings to allow an additional vertex to be generated for the lead-in of part borders in the nest. We machine layups with Colorcore laminate frequently, in addition to being very expensive this material is very brittle and it frequently chips where the router ramps into the part as it is also ramping down which tends to push the chip down and out of the part, especially if it is over a hole in the spoil-board. The only way we were able to resolve this was to add a vertex to the lead-in so that the router would ramp down to full depth outside the part border by 1/16" or so. This process takes quite a bit of time by hand and introduces another opportunity for user error, it would be great if it could be automated.
