I'm looking at making an adjustable height table in my home shop and trying to utilize all the space that i have.  Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a base that can handle some weight and has a built to last framework.  I would like a crank up adjustment.  It would need to be a mobile base with heavier casters or heavy enough that i could add them.

This is the bench I am looking at building.  I think it would be a pretty handy addition to any shop.
