Microvellum Support AI is not so bad
I spent half an hour chatting with the Microvellum Support AI and follow it's recommendations and in the end, it didn't work. It offered to move my case to a human agent but before that it as me to explain the issue again, along with all sorts of file to include. When I got help from a human, they called, remote into my desktop and resolved several issues at once in 30 min. It was very productive and as a customer, very satisfied. Please don't use AI.
