Allow post processor option to write horizontal hole boring to Face 5, Face6 or to both faces of g-code.
Currently Microvellum always puts horizontal drilling on Face 5. Since we have moved our CNC machining to mostly flat bed nesting, we are losing the horizontal holes from face 5. If Microvellum can have a checkbox option to create horizontal drilling on either or both Face 5 and Face 6 in the post processor, then the horizontal boring would always be there, regardless of whether we choose flatbed (for Face5) then Point2Point(Face 6), or only Point2Point machining(Face 5 and Face6) work flow. Having the horizontal holes on both Face5 and Face6 programs, means that the g-code is always present, regardless of the manufacturing path. Deleting, already drilled horizontal holes from a Face6 program by the operator is much quicker than adding them in by hand. At present our operators have to manually transfer horizontal hole g-code from Face5 to Face6 (Flipped) parts, mirroring the x, y and z values as required, delete all vertical milling from the Face5 program to bore horizontal holes, then file to panel over to do Face6 milling.
We don't make kitchens and in our line of manufacturing it is not possible to avoid horizontal drilling.
Please add this as a generic option to all posts processors in future releases.
