I have seen a few plugs for outsourced MV drawing services. Send Toolfile, Library, Template, etc  receive back drawings that look like yours! Products ready to process!

I'm a realist though and it sounds too easy. We can see a possibility of needing to outsource a few drawings soon, and would be interested in giving this method a shot. Just wondered if anybody could give reviews.
