Arris Cutter

Hi, Im wanting to set up a bevel tool (see attached image) to run on the edge of 13mm compact laminate to arris the top and bottom. Its on a Woodtron.

Ive set up the tooling so it uses a 16mm roughing cutter to make room for the 15mm arris bit to drop in.

Is there a way to move the arris tool over 1mm after it has reached cutting depth? Or do you have any ideas/suggestions to get this to work?
