Dimension Style is set to be Annotative.

Dimensions Style has all standard scales loaded.

Auto Scale is on.

But the font size changes each time. 

When i read 'Auto Scale' i figure it means it will automatically annotatively scale text and dims to maintain the Dim and Text style properties, does it just add the VP scale to the list?
