I have an inconstant problem with nested code for our Biesse Rover CNC.  Just recently when we create a work order and nest cabinet parts some sheets will not run due to errors at the CNC while others will run. What I did finally notice that the sheets that have errors have thick cabinet backs on them. If I re-nest just selected parts with cabinet backs I get the same error in the same work order. If I nest selected parts with no thick backs I don't get any errors with creating a new work order. If I nest Thick back only I do not get any errors with a new work order, but if I do mix select parts together I get the same error again. I need to create a new work order ever time. Seems I get mixed results by modifying an existing work order.

 The most confusing thing about this issue is it's not happening on every project that we process.

 I'm running version 2023 Build 24.1.219.641 using the Component Library on a SQL server with 2 engineers. WE are getting ready to switch to the Foundation (24.0221) after I get the Global file, Materials, Spec Groups set up.

Any thoughts?
