Blum REVEGO – Front Protrusion

Hey all,

Ran into an issue with the Blum REVEGO product. The front protrusion was calculating negative in MV (−1.21") while Blum's configurator, set up the same way, was giving me 19mm. Blum wants it between 7 and 19mm.

My test was an Uno+Uno, niche install, 36" x 92" x 25". Both MV and Blum pick the 450 nominal length, so that part's fine. The problem is in the protrusion formulas in LookUpTables R3:R10. They subtract Nominal_Length_Calc, which is the raw pocket depth (about 499.8mm here), instead of the nominal length that actually got picked (450). So the fronts are being measured against a runner that's about 50mm too long.

I fixed it on my end by swapping out Nominal_Length_Calc in those cells:

  • R3 and R5: M2U(Nominal_Length_Left,G!Accuracy)
  • R4 and R6: M2U(Nominal_Length_Right,G!Accuracy)
  • R7 to R10: M2U(MIN(Nominal_Length_Left,Nominal_Length_Right),G!Accuracy)

For example, R10 now reads:

=MAX(Front_Width_1,Front_Width_2)-M2U(MIN(Nominal_Length_Left,Nominal_Length_Right),G!Accuracy)+M2U(15,G!Accuracy)

After that I get 19mm, same as Blum.

One other small thing I noticed: the nominal length lookup (A193:A198) uses < and > on both sides. If the calc lands exactly on 500, 600, 700 or 800mm, nothing matches and it errors out. Making one side <= would fix it.

Can we get this fixed in a library update?

Thanks,
Mike
