Bringing parts from other Workorders to be cut with Other Workorder

Some parts moved while cutting and need to be re-cut. I have the space on another Workorder nest which was not been cut yet in the shop. Is there a way to bring in just the part that moved (or whole product) other than AutoCad copy and paste?  With Autocad it looses is name and becomes "New Part"
