BSB and ACAD LT

I am close to getting a seat of MV, and the guy that I work with is in his 60's and only uses acad lt. I have been thinking about if it would be possible to use a lisp routine that would explode regions into polylines and then give him that file to use. I am open to ideas and thoughts around this topic.
