Got an issue that is making me pull my hair out.  Currently using the Drafting workspace.  I got used to the ribbon along the top of the screen.  When ever I would pull up an object properties it would open the properties panel and I would put it on the other screen and leave open.  Now some how it is tied to the ribbon in a panel set and when ever I open properties it replaces the ribbon at the top spread out over the width of the screen.  Tried every customization I can find.  Turned off the panel set, and unchecked the ribbon and properties in the panel set.  But it never saves.
