Hi, I am currently running into an issue, and I wasn't sure if anyone might have found a solution or not.  I'm looking for a thick door hinge that would overlay a face frame 1-1/4", and have a 1/4" reveal on the hinge side.  The door would need to be a minimum of 7/8" thick, but we'd prefer to make it 15/16" - 1" thick.  Thanks in advance!
