Curious to see how many MV users have used other cabinet software on the market and their reason for switching (not a bashing session). Along with how many were AutoCad users prior to using MV. 

I have used KCD, Cabinet Vision and Mozaik (briefly). My experience with KCD was good, but I felt the software was limited in customization, but support was great. Cabinet Vision was a great program as long is it wasn't crashing. That was a serious issue during a period when I was a user that they eventually fixed. I finally left because I could no longer handle the terrible customer service. Mozaik was a good mix between the two, but their customer service might be the worst of them all. 

As far as MV goes, I love the program and still have so much to learn. The sky is the limit or my little brain. I wasn't an AutoCad user prior so there is still quite the learning curve there. However, the whole MV team has been absolutely superb and I couldn't be more thankful for the support I have received, from my account manager to my service provider, you guys are awesome!
