Cam Bottom Inside global

The Global - Cam Bottom Inside needs to be per product type. Ex. base cabinets need to be outside, but uppers need to be inside. I have to make a different spec group for this. It gets heavy when I already have 4 different color spec groups already, and then they all have to be duplicated for this.
