On our 5 piece doors we run 1/2 panels with the rabbet on the back (Pline5 token) with a downcut bit to avoid fuzzy edges. However, when it cuts out the part with our compression afterwards, it is the upcut part of the bit and causing fuzziness on the panel tongue which makes it too tight to assemble a 5 piece door. We manually change the border to use the downcut tool (which is not the standard cut out tool we use) which is a pain when we have 50 or so doors and a waste of time. How can I change the border route to be a certain tool permanently on just those parts specifically?
