Microvellum Community

Cannot open "Employees (Secure Information)

We just setup a new server and Microvellum 2023. I have entered all of our employee's names and am trying to setup passwords and permissions, but when I click on "Employees (Secure Information)" nothing happens. I have tried multiple program restarts and computer reboots with no luck. What am I missing?
