Centerline Nesting with BIESSE
Hello everyone,
Is anyone out there utilizing the centerline nesting option with a biesse router? I have a few questions.
In the above picture we are attempting to use the centerline nesting feature. The leadin of the toekick route will interfere with the panel on the right and cause problems. Normally this route would be done in such a way that the lead-in does not interfere, see photo below, but now MV is trimming this route down and it causes a problem. How have others gotten around this issue? What sort of lead-in are you using for border routing? Are you ramping down on the finished edge of the part? We usually try to avoid touching the finished edge of the part until we are at depth of the cut.
