When I go to Draw 2D Wall Plan View there are items not showing up on the drawing. I understand that its not going to draw CAD things I added. But I have built this bedroom wall that only has one base cabinet and the rest of the wall is built of Mitered End Panels, Appliance Panels, Fillers and fixed Mitered Shelves. Those shelves aren't showing up in my 2D drawing. Though they will mounted on the end panels (and so I didn't initially draw them anchored on the wall), I went on to Associate Products to Wall for each shelf. 

I know they are just rectangles and I could draw them in, but because of their specific positioning, it's going to take a lot of tedious work and then obviously rework if things get changed. 

When I draw the same wall in Elevation, it shows the shelves show up.
