Change bore machining diameter for woodbox drawer backs in the library or global settings.

How can I change the bore machining diameter of from woodbox drawer backs in the library settings?

I have changed it manually on each product but cant find the table where the value of 6 is taken it from and doesn't match my drilling tools.
