Change material defaults foundation library

In the Foundation Library, does anyone know the best location to change the Material defaults in the Foundation library so that the changed material shows in the cut parts wizard? Should I change the Material Name under the LookUp Table in the M workbook?

Also, should I hardcode the name in the prompt to reflect the LookUp Table Name or change it within the formula? I noticed that there is a formula within it that references the name and thickness. e.g.: ="Amari Oak "&UCN(0.75,18)

Lastly, is there an ability to sort (like in Excel) within the workbook?
