Question when upgrading to stay with CCL or go to the Foundation Library.

We are still working with Toolbox 2020 v50.3 but are looking to upgrade to latest version to get up to date. 

We have very few custom products normally work straight out of the provided library. 

Would it be worth it to upgrade to the Foundation Library? How much of a learning curve can be expected?

Or just stay working with the latest Toolbox/Library version of the Component Library?

Thoughts? Advantages/Disadvantages?
