CPOUT ERROR WHEN PROCESSING

We just started to get the following error when we are processing jobs.  Does not matter if its in the Foundation Library or Legacy Library as it happens in both of them.

Has anyone gotten this error and what was the solution?  I did send a ticket into Microvellum about it, and it has been a couple days without a reply yet.


I also assume this would have something to do with why our reports are no longer showing the CPOUT name on them like they were before.
