We need to cover this with Corian, and the shop is asking for ribs to put across the heated Corian to hold it to the shape. I would pull out one rib at a time from the drawing to work on it. Is there a way to automatically follow the contour of the curve but 1/2 inch away? Then, I would make the rest of the piece just rectangular and send it to the CNC to create a negative shop jig.

This is assembly 831.06 in the project, if I shared the right file.
