My goal is to create a ceiling or soffit between 2 (facing each other walls) creating a corridor, via MV tools. Currently I just need to apply ceiling panels to the underside, while having a project in the near future where cabinets will be fastened to the underside of a framed soffit, with panels & clips on the exterior of said soffit.

I'm not sure if MV has that ability. I've learned so far how to create a ceiling using "Make Ceiling From Polyline", only it makes the 3D model .125 thick.

1. Does MV have the ability to make a soffit or ceiling as a Room Component?

      If so, how?

      If no, suggestions please for modeling & placing ceiling or soffit, allowing for product to be placed under the ceiling & soffit, as well as on the exterior face of a soffit).

I am doing my own research, as well as reaching out for help. If there's a place you might direct me, great.
