Can anyone give any insight as to why the toolpath for this part keeps failing (not generating at all)? See the part with the hatch in the picture.

There was a part originally created by SMA. Other parts like it worked while yet others I had to redraw the geometry and create the toolpath manually using the toolpath editor tools. It seems to be something linked to the curves because I had another "cog" shaped part and when I redrew it with straight polylines and no curves it calculated the toolpaths fine. Is this just pushing the limits of this functionality too far?
