Hi everyone,

I created a couple of custom products for our shop, but when I draw them in, the parts all draw above the z axis; in the attached photos the one product is drawing 11 3/4 above 0, and another one is drawing 10 1/2 above 0. I check the Height Above Floor, it's returning the cabinet height, so that's correct- I checked the part properties and all the parts are set to Z axis = 0, and the toe kicks are set to 0. I dropped in a 2 door base cabinet from the library, and it draws correctly- and I made sure my UCS is at world. 

So I'm totally confused- they are all drawing at the correct heights but all floating for some reason.

Hopefully someone can shed light to why this is happening,
