Custom Starter Part / Appliance Panels to Buyout Report

We made some custom appliance panels (from a Misc Start Part) and when checked 'Is Buyout' - Nothing populates to the Buyout Report. - Can get it to work IF starting with a Door Front Only.

What the magic that has to happen to get an item FLAGGED to show on Buyout Report
