In the case of cutting a rectangular part with a big center cutout, leaving thin materials all around,  I need to cut the border before route so it has better suction from vacuum. Is there anyway to set it up?

Right now, I delete the border and redraw it with a route and change priority of the routes. It is kind of annoying to do it each time.
