Cutout Route varies when nesting

Hi All,
  
I am applying an idential cutout machine token to the left and right side of a cabinet.

 When nesting,
 
 Left side creates a seperate vertical route
 Right side incorporates it into the perimeter route

Everything looks identical as far a i can tell

Any guess why?
