Dado Construction setup and machining

Can someone shed some light on their dado construction setup and how well it works for them, we use it and i'm growing tired of the very specific setup we have for it mainly based on my previous post here: https://community.microvellum.com/portal/en/community/topic/premill-fixed-shelf-dado

However i'm looking to change to a more default setup, but i will nor sacrifice sheet space and yield but i am concerned looking at the machining that it will start cutting into other pieces again a common issue, can anyone confirm this? I dont want to space parts even further apart, at £ 120 for a oak ply sheet i'm not having silly amounts of wastage.

EDIT**

Guess ive answered my own question with the simulation on our machine.. Surely i cant be the only MV  customer to want to run tight tolerances between pieces and not have them cut into each other?!
