Dados have giant arcs in them

I'm having this issue where the dados on my drawer box bottoms have giant arcs in them. Has anyone had this same problem or know a way I might be able to fix this problem? It seems related to the thickness of the dado, it is corrected if I thicken or thin the dado a little bit.
