I am not sure if it could be done through SQL Server Management Studio. But it will be really helpful it it could be done using the Database management in Microvellum. 

We are facing delays processing workorders and reports generation, our database size is near700 GB. Microvellum Tech suggested that we backup projects from 2023-2024 and I cant find a way to select projects based on date it was created in the database management for exporting.

It will be a very useful feature to have different sort options for Database Records in the Database Management when performing backup.

I would like to know how other companies handle large database. It was mentioned to us that as it passes 100 GB we will start to see problems using the software.
