Can anyone help?

I need to deck an offcut of MDF Colour Board down from 16mm to 10mm. I tried this by assigning the decking tool from our toolfile and set the depth increments to 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10mm, but did'nt work. It went down 10mm in one single pass.

Where am I going wrong?
