Depth of holes for handles/pulls

Is there a way to control the depth of the hole for a pull/handle? I can't seem to find the machine token that drives this hole. To give some context we have a pod and rail CNC machine that does individual parts and don't want the hole to go all the way through as it could blow out the material or hit a pod.
