Differentiating between parts and copied parts on nesting summary report

So I had a report set up that used to work perfectly (until recently) as when parts were copied in the nesting patterns, half the information in the background wasn't copied at the same time so I used to be able to easily differentiate between a real part and a copied part.

Now however, it seems that copied parts have the exact same information as the part they were copied from (the way it should have been from the start).

Therein lies my problem as there seems to be no way for me to seperate the copied parts on my report, for instance if I have a worktop with a quantity of 3 but i can fit 4 on a sheet, we will make a copy of it on the nesting pattern and on our report it would come out with 3 tops and 1 spare top so that the operator knew that there was only 3 actual parts required and could dispose of the spare if the others were undamaged and good to go.

A) Is there a way anyone knows that this can be achieved or B) Can I request something be added to make this possible?

Thanks!
